Bad service....worst delays ever

I am so disappointed that a refund takes this long and worried if I should be keeping anything else with you because this is my first time dealing with your funeral department however what a dread it is....also your inconsistent information that I am being given telephonically...

I think I will reconsider having my funeral policy with you honestly.
