Bad Service with Standard bank Insurance 😪

Good day I've been trying to get hold of a consultant for the last 3days and with even going into a branch was not successfully. Today I was almost an hour on the phone trying to get hold of a consultant with yet no success. I walk out off a standard bank branch we're even the branch manager had try too help me. It makes me very angry when your line has been cut off and then you must start all over and over again. Let me just skip a payment then they quick too call you but when you try to get hold of them you sit with this problem. There service is bad 👎
