Bad service when claiming with these brokers. My dad claimed 3 weeks back and no one has ever contacted him.

<p>My dad is insured with standard bank insurance brokers and after he was involved in a in an accident he made a claim with standard bank on the 02.02.2017 and ever since no one has ever contacted him regarding feedback. He has been contacting these brokers almost on daily bases and the response that he is getting is someone will be in contact with him. The vehicle was towed by a towing company and it has been sitting at the tow yard with the bill pilling up daily.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am also using stand bank insurance brokers and i am currently searching for a new insurance and leaving these guys. I do not wanna be in the same situation. These guys suck and they render bad service. I will not recommend these brokers to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Concerned customer and son</p>
