Bad service Standard Bank limited car insurance

Standard Bank Insurance Limited very useless. My policy includes a locksmiths service of which I needed assistance with yesterday as my keys were locked inside the vehicle. I called for assistance and the call centre agent by the name of Andile told me that the only available locksmith is in joburg whilst I was stuck at Secunda.

The locksmith charged me R1700 of which I was required to pay 50% before arrival. In this case how is my insurance helping? Why couldn't they get a Locksmith from around where I'm stuck (secunda) than getting someone from joburg?

Very disappointed.
