Bad service Standard Bank Insurance
Not even a 1 makes them useless. After so many people in South Africa has written Standard Bank Insurance off,q today they have an advert on TV to say they're the best car and home Insurance. Can you be so ******** and shameless to South Africans? The Bad service, if you can call it service, they're giving customers. No ways!!! Useless Insurance. It rains and they refuse to fix my roof. Do they have the customers at heart? No, but they want the customers' money. Even ABSA gave me Better service, when we Banked with them.

12 Jun 2025, 10:09Escalation means that, it would be reported ASAP, but i am still waiting for my problem to be resolved. They don't give you a proper answer, rather keep you waiting for better days, and better days won't come. If you don't pay, then they're Eager to phone you. But when you're in a problem, after you've paid, they don't Escalate.
