Bad Service Standard Bank Insurance

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced. On the 24th of August regarding my Geyser leakage. i than paid the full amount of R1250 excess and i asked that they give me a payout for the ceiling and walls as i would fix that myself.

I have not had any response to date. the contractor confirmed that this was approved, but no response from Standard bank insurance of which i have been with for more that 5 years now. They do no answer any calls nor get back to you on your query. This is unacceptable from a reputable company such as Standard Bank. I can not live under such conditions
