Bad Service / Servicing / Repairs

My name is Mandisa Mkhize, i am terribly disappointed in the Service at Standard bank when it comes to Claims, i won't even mention the duration of finally getting my roof & ceiling attended to but issue now is the work done on it was a total DISASTER !!! & this i have been trying numerous of times to send emails and call and NO ONE ever returns my emails or calls, and i have been trying God knows but i am appalled and its frustrating when you pay and pay and pay all these years and when the time comes to claim we are attended to a Year later!! I am now having a leaking ceiling i have to shift my bed, put in buckets in the affected areas and cannot sleep when i hear the drops fall into the bucket, someone contact me about this i am really now lost my patience and come here!!! Call me !!!!
