Bad service provider

I have claimed for replacement of a geyser. It was installed quickly, but am waiting two weeks now to be connected to the db box. The service provider OT plumbing only did the installation, no electrical cinnection. Also still no replacement of the cupboatd that was damaged by burst geyser.
