BAD SERVICE OR NO SERVICE AT ALL

Standard bank insurance has the worst customer service ever. I have been trying to phone them for the past two months to make amendments to my policy, its either they dont answer or they put you on hold so long and end up cutting the call , always.

I decided to send an email, but there was no reply also, when I go to the branch they tell me to contact the same customer service who dont answer call.

This is resulting in a loss for me as I am paying almost double for the same product. This is very bad.
