Bad service not making sense

Home owners insurance... geyser went..flooded the ceiling and soiled walls ..bathroom ..hallway ..andone wall of the living room...now they paint only one wall in the livving room white and the other walls are left cream/beige... called them spoke to Sindile on 2021-09-14 at 16:17 .. she say that is how they work only paint one waal and leave others..so now one wall white others cream...told her does not make sense..asked het..say if only half of say pink bathroom wall is damged so you only paint half of bathroom and leave the restas is...she said yes that is how Standard bank works....HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU PAINT ONLY THE HALF THAT IS LEFT AND LEAVE THE REST....SERIOUSLY
