Bad service no communication

I am receiving no communication from the insurance regarding my vehicle that was booked for repairs 11 weeks ago. When I call to follow up and express my frustration no one seem to care. Using Uber to go to work is the worst nightmare. I am paying my insurance and car instalment every month but the type of service I am getting it’s uncalled for.
