Bad Service! No care for clients!
Extremely poor service in regards to Car rental benefit! Have been waiting for a week now the accident happened on the 30th April, the debit order went off a week ago!

01 Jun 2021, 18:32Is my claim going to be finalized or should I consult the ombudsman? This Thabang guy that is "investigating" not only is he stalling, he is also ignoring me. Please advise as soon as possible cause a month has passed and he is not responsive
