Bad service from Standerdbank

We are trying to cancel our home insurance with Standerdbank with no avail. Sending e-mails that is not answered and trying to phone them but keeps on getting cut off after our power of attorney holds on for almost an hour every time and then be cut off.

We do not own a house in South Africa anymore. We have immegrated to the Netherlands and don't have the house anymore.

I see the installment have been deducted after we are trying to resolve this for more then 3 weeks.
