Bad service from standard bank insurance

I have sent my claim to standard bank Insurance for Gyser that busted since Jult 14th until this date I have not received assistance from you. My water bill went up due to this I have tried all possible communications methods with standard bank until today I am not assisted and no communication from them regarding my claim. Find attached proof of communication by me to them. Very poor service from standard bank insurance.
