Bad service from standard Bank Insurance

Standard Bank Insurance.

I am frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of response received from the insurance team. This is for claim reference 24/090776 for the gyser. There is just no co operation whatsoever despite the numerous emails and phone calls. One just get empty promises. This makes me wonder what will happen when one experiences life threatening issues if a simple gyser matter can not be attended to.

This is really disappointing and concerning considering that the debit order goes through every month.
