Bad service from Standard Bank insurance

Submitted a storm damage claim on 11 January for rain damage and every day they have something new they need, all damage reports were send with photos, still no positive service. Claim nr 21/001686 dont get resolved. They dont have builder contractors in area, request tenant to get contractors to quote and awaiting more than 3weeks now for answers. Bad service as the owner and myself as tenand struggle
