Bad Service from Standard Bank Insurance
Claim number:SHS ********** 9397 I have received a bad service from the claims department with regards to my claim. A Simple ask for them to organize me car hire turned into a nightmare for me where they have used a *********** car hire agent(Gage car hire) to deliver a malfunction car and never bothered to rectify my grievance. I have copied the whole world in the claims department including the car hire agent but to no avail. This is a frustrating experience with standard bank!
