BAD SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE

I bought a property few years ago and home owners insurance have been part of the bond repayments.I have never claimed anything ever since.With the first rain part of my house started leaking.I called standard bank and an assessor ws sent to my property,today I received a call from Mbali from standard bank saying the leakage is preexisting and was declined.The reason I took insurance is for such cases whether pre existing or not I have insurance to cover for such.Why do I have insurance then.VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK INSURANCE.
