Bad Service from Standard Bank + Innovation Group

I have sent 3 requests for a car warranty quote to Standard Bank. Each time I've had the misfortune of dealing with Olivingo Kekana. Olivingo sends me a generic email with questions I respond and then no reply. I've brought this to her attention Olivingo's attention twice but no feedback from them or the team Danielle Frederick's and Rendani Molea ccd in the mail. To make things worse they call me and drop the call. It's terrible service.
