Bad service from Standard bank home loan

I have had it with you guys!!!! I canceled my credit life insurance in August and received an email confirmation that the policy was canceled but in September and October the premiums went through which put my account into arrears because I was paying my normal installment without the amount of the insurance premium!!! Why is my home loan account still not updated??? I have sent emails to you about this but till today they hasn't been any response!!!! YOU NEED TO REVERSE THE 2 PREMIUMS AND CREDIT MY HOME LOAN ACCOUNT!!!
