Bad service from Standard Bank and Standard Bank Insurance

I am extremely disappointed with Standard Bank and Standard Insurance. As a home loan and insurance customer, I have experienced poor service, delayed claim processing, and slow responses regarding my loan queries. Communication is almost non-existent, with little to no feedback provided. Calling customer service is frustrating, as calls go unanswered and I spend money waiting on hold without receiving assistance. Promises of call-backs are rarely fulfilled. Customers deserve better service, transparency, and communication.
