Bad service from creditlifeclaims.sbib
We have battle to registered a life insurance claim to standardbank. In the beginning they say there is no policy attached to our card, but they deducted every month a payment. I have send five times to creditlifeclaims.sbibatstandardbank.co.za Still they do not recieved it. This is not what I have suspected from them. Can some suppervisor or manager please come back and give me the correct email to send this. My wife is diagnose with CML. this is not a nice subject every time to explain to an agent.
