Bad service ever

Since 2019 I have been reporting my stove which is not working properly but Standard Bank home loan was sending out technician and he gave me report that my stove does not have parts anywhere but he will come back to me, then later I called again they told me that they will not be able to repair my stove and I request a new stove but they blatantly refuse. I'm very disappointed
