Bad service

On 17 November 2022 I contacted standard bank funeral insurance since I have few policies with them and I wanted to check validity as well as personal info etc. I was assisted by Kalusha Mdlalose.I was then informed by him that one of the policies has a zero percent increase on cover amount I then told him that it would have been impossible for me to choose zero percent when all of my policies have increase attached. I then requested the recording that was done when I signed up for the cover. He then told me that he'll request it then get back to me. I been waiting ever since and its now middle of April. I'm no longer sure if I'll get a correct recording on a manipulated one since the matter was raised 5 months ago and there's been ample time to manipulate it to disprove my version.
