bad service

I recently took a homeloan with the bank. Took home insurance and life cover as well cause they said it was complusory and I could cancel when I get external cover. I manage to cancel the home insurance without any hassles. The life cover is getting impossible to cancel When I call I'm being transferred to the relevant department always with my airtime only to be given the same email address I've sent emails with policy schedule from another institution trying to cancel since. It's frustrating cause debit went through. No communication but automatic replies
