BAD SERVICE

I wrote a review a few days ago on Hello peter regarding the Insurance billing.

They responded on the 19/02/2025 and told me to wait for 8 business days, I waited for 8 LONG DAYS for the matter to be resolved and the only response I got after waiting is " We have searched our records and could not not find any policy under your name, we therefore we cannot give you any information we will proceed to close the matter" and funny thing is on their subject line they have my ID number yet they can't find my profile
