Bad service by Standard Bank insure

Frustrating service by Standard Bank Insurance. I have tried to cancel my home insurance for a while and have eventually sucseeded to to so after many fustrating waits on the phone, Even though we have recieved a sms regarding a refund notifing has materialized. You can never speak to same person and eventhough the one you speak to can see the notes on system nothing gets done
