Bad service

I am frustrated private person from standard bank frustrated by Trishnee Naidoo and Liesl Beckel. I struggle to get my temp card , to activate my internet banking as compare to my time before them. Their lead-time is cant also be compared to the private banker. I go to the bank like anybody and try my way in to get a service even though i have them. So to me they are below standard or Standardbank is below standard. Their out of Office e-mail always refer you to each or you never get them on the phones. They phone at their own time. OOOOOHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Their inconvenience have cost more time and stress. AMEEEEEMMMMMMM
