bad service as always
I am always here because of standard bank....what a shameful experience always with its banking and insurance. Its been a two months since my claim is been running. I never get a pleasant experience truly...
I am really disgusted honestly I do not have words now...
but standard bank needs to be investigated on their bad customer care

10 Mar 2026, 12:48Again, two weeks in this been calling no feedback, no responses, only to receive an email that my claim is not valid...no one has called to further explain and yet my ceiling still getting damaged by the same claim I put last year and it was attended too,,,now its a wear and tear matter...WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR??? STANDARD BANK INSURANCE ITS THE WORST
