Bad service and untruthfull adverti*****t

<p>i laid a funeral plan claim on monday the 27th june.till to date i havent received the claim and buried my daughter already.on wednesday the 5th i called to enquire,but to my surprised,they told me the claim isnt registered.the lady who answered the phone refused to tell me her surname and said she is tge only Faith in standard bank and even refused to hear my side of the story since i laid a claim at fauna park savannah mall with Mr Kgomo.After ive insisted and threated to report her,she told me that her name is Faith Mphela.Standard advertise on national tv that their claims take 48 hours but in my case it took 2 full weeks.FNR 16/016116</p>
