Bad service and unfair rejection of claim

I lodged a claim with Standard Bank for my roof which was damaged with the severe rains during the week of 17 - 21 February 2025. Standard Bank rejected claim stating there was no maintenance done on the roof which is a complete lie. Major maintenance was done on the roof and this was just an excuse for Standard Bank to ignore their duties. I appealed the decision and to date have not had a single response from Standard Bank yet I must pay my monthly premium on time while they give this disgusting and appalling service.
