bad service and no service from standard bank insurance limited

this is the worst worst company ever - we are not allowed to change to another insurance house as we still have a bond with standard bank - most of the suppliers they use is pathetic, and that is if they actually decide to help, note even the fact that you deserve to be helped as you pay your monthly subscription!!. they have decided after a hail storm that is is actually our own fault!! how the hell???
