Bad service and I will never recommend it to anyone because it causes more stress to on top of the one you already have of loosing your loved ones

I submitted a death-claim on Monday and the said I will be paid within 48hours. Since then I have never receive any sms or email acknowledging that the did receive my claim. I then called their call center as I need the money before Friday. The consultant said they will call me before 15h30 but no one ever called, now it's 4days full without receiving any cent from them, that money is supposed to be used for burial but now we have to go and borrow money in order to finalize the funeral.
