BAD Service

It should be a Rating of 0 to Standard Bank Insurance. They Promised about 3 Weeks ago that they will get back to me within 8 to !0 Days to Resolve the matter about my roof. In the meantime it has rained. And we expect MORE rain over the weekend. But why must they Care? I really would NOT advise anyone to join Standard Bank Insurance.
