Bad service

Poor cuatomer service!

More of a query than complaint why ate you not improving your customer service?

Your service Is the worst and people complain everyday yet there are no improvements.

I called the funeral insurance call center and requested policy documents three weeks ago waited for over ten minutes to speak to an agent then she said she will email the documents it's three weeks later and no documents.

Thankfully this has opened my eyes and I will move to a different provider because if something as simple as requesting documents is this difficult what about the claims process? Thank you for opening my eyes before disaster strikes.
