Bad service

the service is so poor I have been calling every day for the past 5 days till my airtime runs out, no one picks up my calls.

My funereal policy debit order has not gone off, I have sent an email to the funeral policy department and have not received any feedback.

I got a cheaper car insurance from Standard bank but I will not switch as the service is appaling.
