Bad service

I have launch a claim on the 28 of December 2022 and are still awaiting my claim to be process.The assessor that was appointed by Standard Bank to come and assess my stuff is just never available.To such an extend that I called him/ her office but it is been excuses upon excuses as to why my stuff cannot be assesed
