Bad service

I had a very service experience with standard bank home owners insurance not reliable and don't care about there customers and sure gonna change my insurance. As I had a claim I registered on The 9 January 2026 to my buildin due to storm damage I was informed that I will be assisted the very next day, 3 days pass and still no one follew up or got back to me. I had to call and follow up and waited long minutes to get assistance and still could not get proper assistance regarding my claim which is a series matter.
