Bad service

The worse bank ever!! Agents will leave you on hold for more than 50 mins. Not offer to call you back. No feedback or update. Bare in mind this is not a toll free call. They are theeeeeee worse ever. I am definitely closing my account with them and all other services I have with them. If you value your life and your finances do not choose standard bank. Ever!! Ayanda was the lady that left me on hold and carried on with her life you could tell she was working from home. The attitude and background noise was horrible. She made supper while I was on hold. NB! This is not my first incident
