Bad service- **** **** **** !

I have made a claim on the 14th June 2023, for my house that was damaged on the 12th June when there was earthquake in Boksburg. I made a claim with Stansard Bank Home Loan Insuarance. My claim was rejected, after they send engineers that i looking on gaining Incentives after they are saving for Standard Bank. Then I took my complain to twitter, they promised to deliver good service, that is not there. I have send emails and been trying to call them but never get any feedback or response from them. After my claim was handed to *********** and non-professional Senior Management. I have never been disappointed like this . I have been waiting till now with no feedback.
