Bad service

We have been waiting for the insurance to fix the vehicle since June, I was told that the claim has been approved but notthing has happened yet. Our aim was to fix the car and take it back to the dealership since the owner is no more, now yesterday the car was hijacked so I don't know if that's what Standard bank wants
