Bad service

Standard bank increased by building Insurnace by 40% without even notifying me. I waited on the phone for 10 min before an agent answered. I explained that I am not happy at all with this. She took my number and said someone would phone me back. It’s been 3 days and know body has phoned me. Obviously they don’t care about there clients. Super bad service.
