Bad service

I registered my blocked grain claim, it took forever to get through to the all agents. After the claim was registered I was told the service provider was going to contact me shortly. They didn't instead they declined the job. Another one was appointed, they didn't call me. I jad to call them to find out when they are coming, they told me they couldn't help on the same day, they would come sometime the following day. I said this was not acceptable. I called standardbank insurance again. They were not helpful at all. They told me I need to register another claim, i told them i have already registered one. The lady said she was going to do it. Even now that claim is still not done or registered.
