Bad service

I don't have much words for standard bank building insurance this is the worst service I have ever received in my whole life they quick to take your monthly payments but when it comes to you claiming they don't keep you updated on far your claim is nothing. I submitted a claim on the 18 May 2022 and not a single word from them I have to call them twice a day for an update and everyday they seem to have a new story to tell me this is really bad I must say so all I have to say is stay very far away from them. When trying to contact them you hold the line for over an hour every single time I try calling them I really give up.
