Bad Service

I am appalled by the level of service I am getting from Standard Bank Home Owners Insurance. Since 20th May 2019 we’ve been battling to get any sort of service from them. Numerous emails, trying to call but nothing. Yes there was a contractor at my house to have a look at my boundary wall and ceiling but yet there is no feedback from you guys. Standard Bank Home Owner Insurance division is a joke. My next step is to get in touch with the insurance ombudsman if I do not get any feedback or service. I am beyond frustrated with you guys and have started for a service provider. I am available on my cell phone 24/7 so I expect a phone call.
