Bad service
I had a credit card and i lost a job. They told me it will not be covered even though i had a credit card cover. They expect me to pay the credit card even though i am not employed. What is the purpose of having a cover?

19 Sept 2025, 09:27I have been using Standard bank for more than 20 years. I am disappointed that the cover that I have for my credit cannot help me when have lost my job. I lost my job, I don't have an income and standard bank handed me over to their lawyers. I am not happy that the cover I had for my credit card did not help me. All i am asking for is the cover to pay. while I am looking for a job.
