Bad service

I feel like I'm not valued as a customer, layed a claim and I've been calling them everyday like literally, they have been taking me from piller to post n nothing has been done, when I ask to speak to the manager they firstly said she was on the phone which I waited n she never came, 2nd time they said she was not on the office (management as whole) third time she went out of the office, my frustration at the moment they are way too much I can't even write.
