Bad Service

<p>Pathetic service ever...request was logged on the 15February2017 to date I am still not getting joy or feedback. They send their bank plumbers to do assessments to fix the damged caused and the nurve of coming back to me as soon as I forward them a follow up email to tell me they fogot to come back to me. i receive a call to just brush me off saying they will pay money into account, I do not need money can theyy fix the damage send their plumbers to fix the matter should it not by end of today I am escalating the matter to the banks Ombudman, Insurances are a reap off.</p>
