Bad Service

<p>i logged a claim with the standard bank insurence three weeks ago , they sent the service provider to my house on the 29th of July 2016. but till today no follow up or sms or email of a feedback . i called them back on monday to follow up and they told me no resport and they dont know nothing about my claim . the manager promise to come back the same day till today i am still waiting . what kind of service is this ? i being paying this insurence for nine years but they treat me like this . i never claim before and why they dont stop deducting my money if they are not going to service me. it looks like is not good enouth for them .</p>
