Bad service

I claimed last week Thursday for funeral policy my mom passed away even today the policy hasn't paid, when I call them I hold more than two hours, yesterday I called complaints dep they said funeral dep will call me before end of day what am I supposed to burry with I am so disappointed joh i am hurt shame
